Biography

Adela Elena Popescu was born on October 8, 1986, in Şuşani, Vâlcea County, Romania. She began her career in 2001 as a member of the Viva band alongside Elena Gheorghe. Adela gained public attention through her highly publicized relationship with actor Dan Bordeianu. While filming the series "Tears of Love," she released her debut music album of the same name, showcasing a style that blends slow pop with dance and Latino influences. Since 2005, she has starred in various Romanian productions, including notable works such as "Tears of Love" (2005), "Angels" (2008), and "Aniela." In 2010, she took on a competitive role in the telenovela "Love and Honor," followed by a role as a teacher in the musical series "Pariu cu Viața" in 2011. Later that year, she joined the music group Dj Project, succeeding Giulia Anghelescu.
