Aliyah O'Brien

Biography

Aliyah O'Brien (born May 7, 1981) is a Canadian actress recognized for her roles in television series such as Rookie Blue and Bates Motel, as well as in the film Maximum Conviction. She was born in Victoria, British Columbia, and has Irish, Spanish, and Welsh ancestry. O'Brien was actively involved in musical theatre during her time at Spectrum Secondary School. She pursued an interest in kinesiology, studying at Camosun College, which led to her work as a personal trainer at Club Phoenix and the University of Victoria. In addition to her acting career, O'Brien has traveled to 32 countries and considers herself an "adrenaline junkie."
