Amy Paffrath

Biography

Amy Paffrath, born on July 22, 1983, in St. Louis, Missouri, is an American actress and television host. She grew up in a large family with six siblings and developed an early interest in performing arts, participating in ballet, tap, jazz, and gymnastics. Paffrath attended St. Thomas-Aquinas Mercy High School, where she began working in the media department. She graduated from the University of Missouri in 2005 with a BA in Broadcast Journalism. In 2006, she moved to Los Angeles, where she quickly secured hosting roles on shows like "Created by U" and "In the Mix." Paffrath has appeared in several films, including "Dinner at Eight" and "Moonlight on Ivy." She gained recognition for her role in Paramore's music video "Misery Business." Paffrath is married and is represented by Insomnia Media Group.
