Anne-Marie Rose Nicholson, known professionally as Anne-Marie, is an English singer and songwriter born on 7 April 1991 in Essex. She gained prominence with multiple charting singles, including "Clean Bandit's Rockabye," which topped the UK Singles Chart, and her own hits "Alarm," "Ciao Adios," and "Friends." Anne-Marie's debut studio album, Speak Your Mind, was released on 27 April 2018.

She began her career in music after performing in West End productions as a child and later gaining attention through collaborations with artists like Rudimental and Magnetic Man. In addition to her musical pursuits, Anne-Marie has a background in shotokan karate, achieving significant accolades in the sport. Her unique blend of pop and electronic music, along with her engaging performances, has solidified her status in the contemporary music scene.
