William "Bill" Moseley, born on November 11, 1951, is an American film actor and musician known for his work in cult classic horror films. He gained prominence with his role as Chop Top in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) and has since appeared in notable films such as House of 1000 Corpses (2003), The Devil's Rejects (2005), and Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008). Moseley also had a recurring role as Possum in the HBO series Carnivàle (2003). In addition to his acting career, he is a musician and has collaborated with guitarist Buckethead in the band Cornbugs, contributing to various solo projects.
