Brittney Leigh Lower, born on August 2, 1985, is an American actress known for her diverse roles in television. She gained prominence for her performances in the crime drama series Unforgettable, which aired from 2011 to 2014, and the romantic comedy series Man Seeking Woman from 2015 to 2017. Lower further established her career with her leading role in the sci-fi series Severance, released in 2022. Her performance in Severance earned her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2025. Lower stands 168 cm (5' 6") tall and currently resides in the United States. She is single.
