Caroline Bittencourt

Biography

Caroline Bittencourt was a Brazilian supermodel and television presenter. She began her modeling career at the age of fifteen in 1997, working internationally and walking for renowned brands such as Valentino and Roberto Cavalli. Bittencourt gained public attention in 2005 following an incident at the wedding of Daniella Cicarelli and Ronaldo Nazário, which resulted in increased media coverage and a feature on the cover of VIP magazine. In television, she worked as a reporter for RedeTV! and RecordTV. Bittencourt was married to businessman Giba Ruiz Vieira from 2000 to 2006, with whom she had a daughter, Isabelle. She later married Jorge Sestini in January 2019. Tragically, she disappeared on April 28, 2019, during a boat trip and was later found deceased. Following her death, her husband was indicted for manslaughter, but the investigation was ultimately closed by the Public Prosecutor's Office.
