Charles Aznavour, born Charles Aznavurian, was an Armenian-French singer and actor renowned for his contributions to French music and culture. He was born in Paris and gained significant popularity, particularly in Quebec. As a prolific singer-songwriter, Aznavour's career spanned several decades, and he became known for his emotive performances and poignant lyrics. He was of Armenian descent and took an active role in humanitarian efforts, founding the relief organization "Aznavour for Armenia" following the devastating earthquake in Armenia in 1988. Aznavour was married five times and had five children: daughters Seda, Patricia, and Katia Aznavour, and sons Patrick and Mischa Aznavour.
