Biography

Christine Adams, born on 15 August 1974, is a British actress recognized for her roles in film and television. She gained prominence for portraying Jessica in Batman Begins (2005), Lena Boudreaux in the ABC series The Whole Truth (2010–2011), and Lynn Pierce in the CW series Black Lightning (2018–2021).

Adams began her acting career in the 2004 mini-series NY-LON and has guest-starred in various shows including My Family, Doctor Who, Pushing Daisies, Heroes, and Nip/Tuck. Her filmography features titles such as Submerged, Eye of the Dolphin, and Tron: Legacy. In addition to her notable roles, she appeared in the short-lived series Terra Nova and had recurring roles on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Feed the Beast. As of 2012, she resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and became a naturalized U.S. citizen on 16 October 2019.
