Cláudia Raia, born Maria Claudia Motta Raia on December 23, 1966, in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, is a prominent actress recognized for her work in Brazilian television. She gained fame for her roles in popular telenovelas such as A Favorita (2008), Belíssima (2005), and Sete Pecados (2007). Raia has been married to fellow actor Edson Celulari since February 7, 1994, and they have two children together. She was previously married to Alexandre Frota.
