Biography

Cody Kennedy is an actress, writer, and model known for her diverse roles in film and television. She began her career appearing in commercials and music videos, including a notable Sears advertisement directed by Janusz Kaminski. Selected by directors David Fincher and Brett Ratner for their projects, she gained recognition as Nylon Magazine's "It Girl" after a feature alongside Zooey Deschanel. Kennedy rose to prominence with a guest role on Disney Channel's The Suite Life on Deck, portraying Sasha Matryoshka, the Junior Chess Champion of Russia. Her television credits include roles in Casual Casual, Rizzoli & Isles, and Marvel's Runaways. She portrays attorney Dara Grant in Influence and chemist Dr. Janine Fritz in BET's The Family Business. Kennedy joined the cast of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia in its 14th season and will appear as Marigold in the second season of Dollface.
