Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Campbell is multilingual, fluent in both Polish and English, reflecting her diverse heritage with a Polish mother and a Spanish American father. She began her career in acting through television commercials at a young age and made guest appearances on CTV's Cold Squad. In 2003, she starred alongside Peter Falk and Tim Daly in Wilder Days.
