David Ramsey
Biography
David Ramsey, born on 17 November 1971 in Detroit, Michigan, is an American actor and martial artist. He is the fourth of five children of Jeraldine and Nathaniel Ramsey. His acting career began after he participated in a church play, leading him to pursue formal training at Wayne State University. He made his film debut in Scared Stiff, with his career gaining momentum in 1995 through various small roles in films and television series. Notable works include The Nutty Professor, Con Air, and the UPN sitcom Good News, where he portrayed Pastor David Randolph. Ramsey is widely recognized for his role as John Diggle in the CW's superhero series Arrow. In addition to acting, he is an accomplished martial artist, holding a black belt in jeet kune do and having trained in boxing, tae kwon do, and kickboxing.
