Biography

Eduardo Noriega is a notable Spanish actor recognized for his contributions to contemporary Spanish cinema. He gained prominence in 1996 with his leading role in Alejandro Amenábar's film Tesis. The following year, he starred in Abre Los Ojos (Open Your Eyes), which earned him a nomination for Best Actor at the Goya Awards. This film was later remade by Cameron Crowe, featuring Tom Cruise in Noriega's original role. Noriega continued to build his career with performances in Cha-Cha-Cha, directed by Antonio del Real, which became his largest box office success, and Mateo Gil's Nadie Conoce A Nadie. His role in BURNT MONEY marked his first leading performance outside of Spain. Over a span of six years, Noriega has established himself as one of the significant young talents in the Spanish film industry.
