Biography

Elle LaMont, born on September 12, 1981, is an accomplished filmmaker from the United States. She made her feature film debut in 2004 and has since accumulated 30 independent film credits, earning 42 awards and 23 nominations in various festival competitions, including accolades for Best Actress and Best Ensemble. LaMont gained recognition for her role in "Machete Kills," alongside Sofia Vergara and Danny Trejo, which led to her appearance in Lady Gaga's "Aura" music video and her role as the first face of El Rey Network. Her television work includes notable roles such as Karina in "From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series" and Ivy Monroe in SyFy's "Dead Still." Upcoming projects for LaMont feature films like "Playing God," "Flay," "Pegasus: Pony with a Broken Wing," "Sanitatum," "Mercy Black," and "Alita: Battle Angel."
