Biography
Elvana Gjata, born on 3 February 1987 in Tirana, Albania, is a prominent Albanian singer known for her contributions to pop and dance music. She began her musical journey as a teenager, gaining recognition in 2001 at the Festival of Young Voices. Her professional career took off in 2005 with the release of her debut single "Të kam xhan" and subsequent hits like "Mamës" and "Pranë teje." Gjata has won multiple awards, including Best RnB Video at the Videofest Awards and Best Albanian Song at the Balkan Music Awards. In addition to her music career, she participated in the television show Dancing With the Stars, where she emerged as the winner. Over the years, Gjata has released numerous singles and albums, solidifying her status as one of the most influential artists in the Albanian-speaking world.
