Bonaccorti began her artistic journey on stage, debuting in the play Alla Ringhiera and later collaborating with renowned artists like Domenico Modugno and Paola Quattrini. She contributed lyrics to several of Modugno's popular songs, including "La lontananza" and "Amara terra mia." In the 1970s, she expanded her career to film and television, debuting as a radio presenter in 1974 and as a television host in 1978.
