Biography

Frank Sivero, born Francesco LoGiudice on January 6, 1952, is a European-American businessman, entrepreneur, and character actor. He is recognized for his roles as Genco Abbandando in The Godfather Part II and Frankie Carbone in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas. Sivero was born in Siculiana, Sicily, Italy, and was raised in Brooklyn, New York. He appeared as an extra in The Godfather, witnessing the violent altercation involving Sonny Corleone and his brother-in-law, Carlo. His performance in The Godfather Part II led to Scorsese casting him as Frankie Carbone. In addition to his notable film roles, Sivero also appeared in The Wedding Singer alongside Adam Sandler. Throughout his career, he has contributed to various projects across film and television, establishing a presence in the entertainment industry.
