Justine Indira Skyers, known professionally as Justine Skye, was born on August 24, 1995, in the United States. She is an American R&B singer-songwriter and actress who gained initial fame through Tumblr and later signed with Atlantic Records at the age of 19. Skye's mother, Nova Perry, is an entertainment lawyer of Afro-Jamaican and Indo-Jamaican descent, while her father, Christopher Skyers, is also Afro-Jamaican and works as a corporate merchandiser VP. Her grandfather, N. Nick Perry, served as the former United States ambassador to Jamaica. In November 2018, Skye discussed her experience with domestic violence in an interview with The Breakfast Club, later identifying rapper Sheck Wes as her abuser on Twitter. Skye has been linked to several artists, including rapper GoldLink and singer Giveon. As of now, her relationship status is unknown.
