Karen Velez

Biography

Karen Velez was born on January 27, 1961, in Rockville Centre, Long Island, New York. She gained prominence as the Playmate of the Month in December 1984 and was later named Playmate of the Year in 1985. Velez appeared in various Playboy videos and special editions, including being the cover model for the inaugural issue of Playboy's Playmate Review. In September 1988, she married actor Lee Majors, with whom she had three children before their divorce in October 1994. One of her daughters, Nikki, posed for a Playboy Cyber Club pictorial titled "Playmate Daughters" in March 2008. Currently, Karen Velez works as a master hypnotist and certified hypnotherapist, residing in the United States.
