Biography

Kolfinna Kristófersdóttir is a model from Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland. She began her career in modeling after being discovered at a clothing shop by the local agency Eskimo. In 2011, she achieved second place in the Ford Models contest for Iceland. Kristófersdóttir gained international recognition at the age of 19 when she walked exclusively for Marc Jacobs during the Fall/Winter 2012 season in New York. Her runway appearances include shows for prominent designers such as Acne, Christopher Kane, Fendi, Marni, Prada, Topshop Unique, and Versace. She was awarded the London Walk-Off poll at Style.com with 42% of the vote and recognized as a Top 10 Newcomer by Models.com. Kristófersdóttir currently resides in Reykjavík and has expressed a desire to become a chef and own a restaurant in the future. She enjoys music from electronic artists like Burial and Aphex Twin.
