Leah Lewis, born on December 9, 1996, in China, is an American actress and singer known for her work in film and television. She was adopted from an orphanage in Shanghai at eight months old and raised in Gotha, Florida. Lewis discovered her passion for the performing arts during her elementary school years and later attended various schools in Florida before moving to Los Angeles at 19.
Her early career included roles in commercials and the 2012 Nickelodeon film Fred 3: Camp Fred. She gained recognition for her performances in Disney shows such as Best Friends Whenever and Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything. Lewis is best known for her lead role as Ellie Chu in the 2020 Netflix film The Half of It and as Georgia "George" Fan in the CW series adaptation of Nancy Drew. She has also appeared in shows like Station 19 and The Good Doctor, and had a recurring role in Charmed.
