Discovered at the age of 16 while studying ballet at The Opera House in Nice, Amadei has often drawn comparisons to Sophia Loren due to her striking resemblance and beauty. She has appeared in several TV commercials and participated in documentaries about the modeling industry. In 1997, she had a brief role in the independent film Blood Trail, though it was not widely distributed.
