Marina Malfatti, born on 25 April 1940, is an Italian actress known for her work in film and theater. She was born in Florence and moved to Paris at the age of 17 to study at the Cours d'Art Dramatique, founded by René Simon. After returning to Italy, she received a scholarship to the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and began her acting career with small roles in films and on stage. Malfatti gained prominence in theater after being cast by Arnoldo Foà as a co-star in the play "Two for the Seesaw" by William Gibson. Throughout the 1970s, she became a notable figure in Italian horror cinema, particularly in films with demonic themes. Her career is marked by a diverse range of roles, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
