Nicholas Tse
Biography
Nicholas Tse, born on 29 August 1980, is a Hong Kong-based Chinese singer-songwriter, actor, and musician. He is the son of renowned actor Patrick Tse. Although Tse spent part of his upbringing in Canada, he returned to Hong Kong to pursue a career in acting, following in his father's footsteps. He gained recognition for his roles in action films such as "Dragon Tiger Gate," "Gen-X Cops," "Young and Dangerous: The Prequel," and "Invisible Target," and collaborated with Jackie Chan in "New Police Story." Tse also made a significant impact in the music industry, with his 2000 album and song "VIVA" marking a turning point in his career and establishing him as a prominent figure in the pan-Asian entertainment scene. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Tse is passionate about martial arts, which he has practiced for both film and personal development.
