Olivia 'Chachi' Gonzales
Biography
Olivia Irene "Chachi" Gonzales, born in Houston, Texas, is a dancer of Hispanic descent and the youngest of five siblings. She began her dance training at age six in ballet before discovering hip hop at a dance event at age nine. Inspired by the crew Marvelous Motion, which included future I.aM.mE members Phillip Chbeeb, Di Zhang, and Brandon Harrell, she transitioned to hip hop and further honed her skills in middle school. After the disbandment of Marvelous Motion in 2010, Chachi auditioned for and joined the new dance crew I.aM.mE, alongside Emilio Dosal and Jana Vaňková, in preparation for the television competition America's Best Dance Crew: Season of the Superstars. As the youngest member of the crew, Gonzales has made significant contributions to the dance community through her performances and choreography.
