Peter Kenneth Frampton, born on 22 April 1950, is an English guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He gained prominence as a member of the rock bands Humble Pie and the Herd before achieving solo success. His most notable work includes the live album Frampton Comes Alive!, which became a massive hit and is certified 8× Platinum in the United States. Frampton is recognized for his classic rock staples such as "Show Me the Way," "Baby, I Love Your Way," "Do You Feel Like We Do," and "I'm in You." Throughout his career, he has collaborated with notable musicians including Ringo Starr, John Entwistle, and David Bowie. In addition to his music career, Frampton has made guest appearances on television shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy. He is celebrated for his guitar skills, particularly with the talk box, and his distinctive tenor voice. He is currently married.
