She studied at Brent Street Performing Arts in Sydney and earned a Certificate IV in Dance, equipping her with advanced skills for a professional career in dance. Phoebe has modeled for brands such as Lunalight, Topshop, and Giant Vintage and has been represented by Kult Models, Priscillas Models (Australia), and Fabbrica Milano Management (Italy).

She launched her YouTube channel in February 2010, where she shares lifestyle vlogs focusing on veganism, fitness, and mental health awareness.
