Biography

Rosa Blasi, born on December 19, 1972, in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, is an American actress known for her diverse roles in television and film. She trained as a mezzo soprano and has a strong background in theater, including performances with the Piven Performance Company and The Second City. Blasi made her television debut with a recurring role on the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful and gained recognition for her role in the MTV/UPN sitcom Hitz. She has guest-starred in various series, including Frasier and Beverly Hills 90210, and starred in the Showtime film Noriega: God's Favorite. Her most notable role was in the Lifetime series Strong Medicine from 2000 to 2006. Blasi was married to New York Giants fullback Jim Finn from 2004 until their divorce and has one daughter, Kaia Jane, born in 2006.
