Scott Foley

Biography

Scott Foley, born on July 15, 1972, in the United States, is an accomplished actor best known for his role as Noel Crane on the television series "Felicity" (1998). Initially cast as Ben, he took on the Noel role when producers could not find another actor. Foley was also slated to be a series regular on "Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane" (1999) but could only appear as a guest due to his commitments to "Felicity." He graduated from high school in St. Louis, Missouri, and has lived in various locations, including Tokyo and Sydney. Foley is fluent in Japanese and worked at Mrs. Fields Cookies during a financially challenging period in his life. He was previously married to actress Jennifer Garner, whom he met on the set of "Felicity," and is currently engaged to Marika Dominczyk. He has two younger brothers and is the older brother of actor Sean Foley.
