Biography

Seth Gabel, born Seth Cosentino on October 3, 1981, in Hollywood, Florida, is an American actor recognized for his roles in films and television series such as The Da Vinci Code (2006), Fringe (2008), and Take Me Home Tonight (2011). He graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Gabel has been married to actress Bryce Dallas Howard since June 17, 2006, and they have two children: Theodore "Theo" Norman Howard Gabel, born on February 16, 2007, and Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel, born on January 19, 2012. Gabel is of Jewish heritage and is the stepson of his adoptive father, whose surname is Cosentino. He is related to notable figures in the entertainment industry, including his father-in-law, director Ron Howard, and actor Clint Howard. Gabel is also known for his long-standing friendship with actor Josh Gad, who is the godfather of his son.
