Dato' Siti Nurhaliza binti Tarudin DIMP, JSM, SAP, PMP, AAP, born on January 11, 1979, is a renowned Malaysian pop singer-songwriter. She has received over 200 local and international awards, solidifying her status in Malay pop culture after the release of her debut album. Siti's diverse musical repertoire includes pop, R&B, and traditional Malay genres, appealing to a wide audience across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia. Notably, she was the first non-Chinese artist invited to perform at the Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan in 2004. Siti has collaborated with various artists, including a duet with Lee-Hom Wang and has had her songs covered by other musicians. Her performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2005 earned her the nickname "Asia's Celine Dion" from the British press. She holds the record for the most number one singles by any artist in Malaysia.
