Biography

Tamara Lynn Sytch, born December 7, 1972, is an American professional wrestling manager and valet, best known by her ring name Sunny. She gained prominence in the 1990s with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE), where she became the first WWF Diva and was named the most downloaded celebrity on the internet by America Online in 1998. Sytch's career included stints in Extreme Championship Wrestling, World Championship Wrestling, and Ring of Honor. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011. Initially entering the wrestling world in Smoky Mountain Wrestling, Sytch managed various wrestlers and won accolades, including Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Manager of the Year Award in 1996. Despite her success, Sytch's legacy has been marred by personal controversies, including multiple arrests and legal issues. In November 2023, she was sentenced to seventeen and a half years in prison for DUI and manslaughter-related charges.
