Biography

Till Lindemann is a German musician, actor, and poet, best known as the lead singer of the band Rammstein. Born in Leipzig, East Germany, he was raised in the village of Wendisch-Rambow. His father, Werner Lindemann, was a notable children's poet, while his mother, Brigitte Hildegard Lindemann, worked as a journalist and writer. Lindemann began his musical career with the band First Arsch, which released the album "Saddle Up." He also performed with the punk band Feeling B, which included future Rammstein members. In 1994, he co-founded Rammstein after winning a contest that allowed them to record a demo. In addition to his music career, Lindemann has published poetry, with his first book "Messer" released in 2002 and a second, "In Stillen Nächten," in 2013.
