He is an American recording artist, producer, and actor, recognized for his contributions to the R&B genre. Trey Songz made his debut in the music industry with his first album, I Gotta Make It, released in 2005. He followed this with Trey Day in 2007 and his third album, Ready, in 2009. His fourth studio album, Passion, Pain & Pleasure, was released on September 14, 2010.
