Twenty One Pilots is an American musical duo from Columbus, Ohio, formed in 2009 by lead vocalist Tyler Joseph. The original lineup included Nick Thomas and Chris Salih, who both departed in 2011. Following their exit, the band continued as a duo with Joseph and drummer Josh Dun. Known for their eclectic musical style that blends various genres including rock, pop, and electronic, Twenty One Pilots gained significant popularity with their albums and hit singles. Their breakthrough came with the release of the album "Blurryface" in 2015, which included the chart-topping single "Stressed Out."
