Tzi Ma (born June 10, 1962) is a Chinese-American actor known for his extensive work in American film and television. Born in Hong Kong, he is the eldest of eight siblings. Ma's notable film roles include Consul Han in the "Rush Hour" series and appearances in "The Quiet American," "The Ladykillers," and various Asian American independent films such as "The Sensei" and "Red Doors." On television, he is recognized for his role as Cheng Zhi in "24" and has made guest appearances in numerous series, including "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Law & Order," and "Hawaii Five-0." Ma has received accolades such as the Cine Golden Eagle Award and the Garland Award for his performances. He also lent his voice to characters in "American Dad!" and the video game "Sleeping Dogs." Tzi Ma is married to actress Christina Ma.
