Umika Kawashima, born on March 3, 1994, in Japan, is a Japanese idol, singer, and actress. Standing at 183 cm (6' 0"), she is a former member of the girl group 9nine. Her solo single "Maji de Koi Suru 5 Byō Mae/Ichigo Iro no Kimochi," featured on the Watashi no Yasashikunai Senpai soundtrack, reached #46 on the Oricon chart. Kawashima graduated from Meiji University with a degree in psychology in 2016. She began her entertainment career in 2006, appearing in various television dramas and films. In 2007, she joined 9nine, leaving the group in 2016 to concentrate on her acting career. Her final performance with the group took place during the "9nine LIVE 2016, BEST 9 Tour."
