Angel Tompkins

Biography

Angel Tompkins, born December 20, 1942, in Albany, California, is an American actress and model known for her work in film and television during the 1970s and 1980s. She began her career as a model in the Chicago area before transitioning to acting in the late 1960s. Tompkins gained recognition for her role in the comedy "I Love My Wife" (1970), which earned her a Golden Globe nomination for "Best Newcomer." She appeared in several films, including "Prime Cut" (1972) and "Little Cigars" (1973), as well as various television series such as "The Wild Wild West" and "Knight Rider." Tompkins continued to act through the 1980s, with her final film roles in "Relentless" and "Crack House" in 1989. In addition to her acting career, she has been an active member of the Screen Actors Guild, participating in board activities and presidential campaigns.
