Biography

Katya Virshilas is a dancer and actress originally from Lithuania. She moved to Israel at the age of six and later relocated to Vancouver at thirteen. Although she claims to have been dancing since early childhood, her formal training began when her mother enrolled her in classes after their move to Canada. Virshilas quickly excelled in the competitive dance scene, winning the Canadian Latin Dance Championship in 2001 and achieving a world ranking of 20th in St. Petersburg. Her dance skills led her to a role in the film "Shall We Dance," which sparked her interest in acting. She subsequently took acting classes and appeared in various projects, including "Smallville" and "Reefer Madness." Recently, she completed a guest lead role in the NBC/Universal pilot "Underfunded" and will appear in a recurring role in the series "Alice, I Think."
