Keylor Navas

Biography

Keylor Antonio Navas Gamboa, born on 15 December 1986, is a Costa Rican professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Levante UD in Spain. He began his career at Saprissa before moving to Spain, where he has spent the majority of his professional tenure, including notable appearances in La Liga with Levante. Navas has also been a key player for the Costa Rican national team since his debut in 2008, earning over 60 caps. He has represented Costa Rica in two CONCACAF Gold Cups and played a significant role in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, where the team reached the quarter-finals. Known for his agility and shot-stopping ability, Navas is regarded as one of the top goalkeepers in Central American football.
