Biography
Melinda Culea, born on May 5, 1955, in Western Springs, Illinois, is an American actress recognized for her work in television during the 1980s and 1990s. She began her career as a model before transitioning to acting. Culea is best known for her role as Amy Allen in the popular TV series The A-Team, where she appeared in the first season and part of the second season. Following her departure from The A-Team, she starred in the short-lived series Glitter and had a recurring role on Knots Landing. Culea also appeared in various notable TV shows, including Star Trek: The Next Generation, The X-Files, and Beverly Hills, 90210. In addition to her television work, she acted in films such as Wagons East! and Dying on the Edge. As of 2016, she is also an author and artist, having published an illustrated mystery novel titled Wondago.
