Biography

Phyllis Douglas, born Phyllis Callow, was an American actress known for her work in film and television. She was the daughter of director Ridgeway Callow and gained recognition as one of the last surviving cast members of the classic film Gone with the Wind, in which she appeared uncredited as the character Bonnie Blue Butler at the age of two. Douglas also had notable appearances in the original Star Trek television series, featuring in the episodes "The Galileo Seven" and "The Way to Eden." Additionally, she appeared in a two-part episode of the TV series Batman. Throughout her career, she was often credited as Phyllis Douglas.
