Biography

Randy Harrison was born on November 2, 1977, in New Hampshire, USA. He is an accomplished actor with a career spanning over four decades, having begun performing at the age of seven. Harrison earned his BFA in Theatre from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where he gained recognition for his roles in productions such as "Hello Again" and "Children of Eden." He has performed in various theaters across the United States, including notable roles in "Violet," "1776," and "West Side Story." Harrison made his television debut in Showtime's "Queer as Folk" in 2000. He graduated from Pace Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. Harrison resides in Brooklyn, New York, with his partner, journalist and author Simon Dumeneco. He has also performed on Broadway, including a role as Boq in "Wicked," and recently portrayed Young Tom Wingfield in "The Glass Menagerie" at the Guthrie Theatre.
