Leati Joseph "Joe" Anoaʻi, known professionally as Roman Reigns, was born on May 25, 1985, in the United States. He is a prominent professional wrestler and a member of the Anoaʻi wrestling dynasty, which includes notable figures such as his cousin Dwayne Johnson (The Rock). Reigns is currently signed to WWE, where he has achieved significant success, including being a three-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion and a one-time Universal Champion. He has also held the United States Championship, Intercontinental Championship, and Tag Team Championship, and won the 2015 Royal Rumble. Reigns was a member of the influential wrestling stable The Shield, alongside Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. In addition to his wrestling career, he is a former professional Canadian football player. Reigns has publicly battled cancer and made a notable return to the ring after his recovery. He resides in the United States and is married.
