Stephanie Adams (July 24, 1970 – c. May 18, 2018) was an American model and author, recognized as Playboy Playmate of the Month for November 1992. Adams gained attention for her modeling career and later pursued writing. On May 18, 2018, she was involved in a tragic incident in New York City, where she took the lives of her seven-year-old son, Vincent, and herself in a murder-suicide. The events unfolded after Adams checked into a penthouse at the Gotham Hotel with her son. Following a custody battle with her husband, Adams reportedly expressed frustrations to the media regarding her ability to take her son on vacation. The New York City Chief Medical Examiner ruled her death a suicide and her son's a homicide. Adams's life and death have drawn attention to issues surrounding mental health and custody disputes.
