Kim Yoo-jin, born March 3, 1981, is a South Korean singer and actress, professionally known as Eugene. She gained prominence as a member of the girl group S.E.S., which became one of South Korea's most successful music acts. The group debuted in 1997 and was known for its significant impact on the K-pop industry. Following S.E.S.'s disbandment in 2002, Eugene transitioned to a solo career, leaving SM Entertainment and releasing two studio albums. In addition to her music career, she has also pursued acting, appearing in various television dramas and films.
