Jesús Navas, born on November 21, 1985, in Los Palacios y Villafranca, Seville, Spain, is a professional footballer known for his role as a right winger for Sevilla FC in La Liga. Navas joined Sevilla's youth academy at the age of 15 and made his first-team debut at 18 during the 2004–05 season, where he scored two goals in 22 appearances. His international career began with the Spanish U-21 team in 2004, but he faced challenges due to anxiety, which initially hindered his participation in international competitions. In 2009, he expressed his determination to overcome these issues and was subsequently included in Spain's squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Navas scored his first international goal in a warm-up match against South Korea shortly before the tournament. Standing at 173 cm (5' 8"), he is recognized for his quick dribbling and attacking style.
