Melis Birkan
Biography
Melis Birkan was born on 30 November 1981 in Eskisehir, Turkey. She graduated from the State Conservatory of the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, specializing in Modern Dance within the Ballet program of the Department of Performing Arts. Birkan gained initial recognition through an advertorial for "Eti Form," a diet biscuit, and subsequently performed in the musical play "Mucizeler." In 2005, she hosted the lifestyle magazine program "Tarz-i Hayat," which aired on KanalTurk. That same year, she made her television debut in the series "Çapkin." Birkan's prominence increased after her role in the film "Barda" (2006), which included a notable scene that contributed to her public recognition. Over the years, she has appeared in various Turkish TV series and films, establishing herself as a significant figure in the Turkish entertainment industry.
