Biography

Tanushree Dutta is an Indian actress known for her work in Bollywood films. A former beauty queen, she gained recognition after winning the Femina Miss India Universe title in 2004. Born and raised in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, she completed her schooling there before graduating from Pune University. Dutta represented India at the Miss Universe 2004 pageant in Quito, Ecuador, where she placed in the top ten. In 2005, the Government of Jharkhand honored her by issuing postcards and stamps featuring her image. That same year, she made her Bollywood debut with the films "Chocolate" and "Aashiq Banaya Apne," establishing herself in the Indian film industry.
